Hello Big Red Nation!

As we approach the start of the 2020-2021 school year, there are numerous uncertainties as they pertain to athletics and the upcoming fall sports season. Currently, we are excited to continue preparing fall schedules and anticipate to be able to adhere the official practice and competition dates as set forth by the PIAA. A list of students who signed up for a sport via the previous ParentSquare forms or a Google Form sent to students through Google Classroom will be sent to our head coaches later this week. If a student has not yet signed up to express their interest, please indicate the name, sport, and contact information in an email to athletics@wmasd.k12.pa.us at your earliest convenience.

All potential student-athletes who intend on competing on a PIAA sanctioned team in the 2020-2021 academic year must complete the required packet in its entirety in order for the student to be eligible to participate in any Junior High (Grades 7 & 8) or Varsity (Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12) sport at West Middlesex HS. Students will NOT be permitted to practice without this completed packet submitted and authorized when the first official practice date arrives. NO EXCEPTIONS!

This packet is attached to this message and will also be available for pickup (Please call ahead to schedule the pickup (724) 634-3030 ext 3001) at the high school main office as well as on the district athletics webpage (https://wmathletics.bigteams.com/main/filesLinks/)

This packet contains:

• Student/Family Information Sheet and Student Insurance Information Section
• A copy of the official PIAA Comprehensive Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (no other physical evaluation form will be accepted).
• A copy of the Sharon Regional Medical Center Permission For Treatment.

Please complete this form in its entirety. When this packet is completed with all signatures, dates, and required documentation:

• Return it to the High School office in c/o the Athletic Director. An authorized district employee will be available to meet you at the doors to collect it. 
• WMHS Office Weekly Hours of Operations:
